Check-in is available from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
Full payment is required upon check-in or at reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and JCB.
Valid photo identification or passport is required at check-in. Singapore Residents: identification card, driver’s license or work permit. For Non-residents of Singapore: passport only.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Check-out time is by 11:00AM.
A full day charge applies to late check-out after 11:00AM and will be subject to any rate differences.

Your reservation is refundable, cancellable, and amendable up to one (1) time at least 48 hours before 3:00 PM of your check-in date, unless otherwise stated as Non-Refundable.
In the event of cancellations less than 48 hours before the check-in or no-shows, the equivalent of one (1) night’s stay (including taxes) will be charged and the rest of your reservation will be cancelled.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations with an invalid credit card provided, without prior notice.

No pets, durians and mangosteen within the hotel premises at all times.
No eating and drinking in the capsule dorms, with the exception of plain water.
Only one (1) guest per capsule is allowed.
Please remove your shoes before entering the capsule dorms.
Lights in the capsule dorms will be turned off at 10:00PM. Please keep your volume down after 10:00PM so as not to disturb other guests.
Non-registered hotel guests are not permitted on guest floors and in the capsule dorms at all times. Visitors are required to leave the premises by 10:00PM.
By staying at the hotel, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner, and will not cause any disturbance or annoyance to other guests.
You shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by you, your companion(s), or your visitor(s) at the hotel.

Smoking is NOT allowed within the hotel premises. Please ask our staff for the nearest smoking point.
KINN reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of SGD250.00 from any guest caught smoking within the hotel premises.
Guests caught smoking within the hotel premises will be reported to the National Environment Agency (NEA).
You shall be liable for any cost, loss or damage caused at the hotel that is due to your failure to comply with this policy.

KINN reserves the right to remove guests who do not comply with our policies and/or are seen as a disruption or threat to other guests or our staff. Your reservation and stay at the hotel will be cancelled without compensation or reimbursement, and you must leave the hotel immediately.
In the case of a default in payment, KINN has the right to remove your belongings from any area occupied by you.
Nothing mentioned shall be deemed to constitute or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy agreement. KINN shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the entire hotel premises.
